Notes on the use of Iterative Methods to solve problems in Computational mechanics. This text (in Greek) is a guide to the material being taught and may serve as a supplementary aid for studying chapters from relevant (mainly foreign-language) textbooks. Most of the material in this section consists of topics that the postgraduate student already knows or should know from their undergraduate studies. It merely provides a reminder–review, as well as a reformulation in a way that is compatible with the needs of the material that follows. It also includes a brief introduction to the multigrid method.
